Changes at our club

Thank you for your patience and support over the past few weeks.

I hope to continue to run an inclusive badminton club in the heart of the city, provisionally called Southsea Badminton Club. So I’m proposing an inaugural AGM to elect a fresh committee to run the club in the interests of its members, and adopt a constitution to govern the way the club is run.

This will be at The Southsea Village Pub, 81 Palmerston Road, Southsea, PO5 3PP on Tue 31 July at 7pm.

I’d welcome your views on how you’d like to see the club run in the future, and we’ll have a chance to have a drink and socialise afterwards, so it would be great to see you there.

Our summer sessions

For the duration of the summer we continue to play once a week on Monday nights in Portsmouth at one of the University of Portsmouth halls – either St Pauls or Spinnaker sports centres – or at Wimbledon Park sports centre in Southsea.
