Our constitution is reviewed every year, and the latest version is below. Our September 2023 constitution is subject to member ratification.
Our AGMs
Each year, we hold an Annual General Meeting, or ‘AGM’. This is where the club’s membership has its say on how the club is run.
We want to hear what members like, what they don’t like – and they have the chance to vote to change things.
The membership elects the incoming year’s committee, and ratifies any changes to the constitution by which the club is governed.
