Huge thanks to the 20 odd folk who joined us for our club Christmas party at Meat & Barrel in Southsea last Friday.

We hope you agree that the food – and the company(!) – was brilliant. Best of all, it was great to have the chance to socialise with and get to know our fellow players off the court.

Special thanks goes to the team at Meat & Barrel for looking after us so well, and ensuring that the whole event went without a hitch. Keep them in mind if you’re looking for somewhere to host a group!

Our next social

We had picked a date early in December because we know everyone gets booked up with Christmas parties later in the month, but we know not everyone could make it. 

Fear not – we hope to arrange a few more socials in the new year. Do send in your suggestions and ideas for things to do, and we’ll look into what’s possible in the spring!

And finally, don’t forget to don your best Christmassy outfit for our Festive Club Night on Monday 17 December to be in with a chance to win a very special prize.
